Biography

Dr. Rebecca E. Swinburne Romine received her PhD in Quantitative Methods in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2011 and joined the RDA in 2012. Dr. Swinburne Romine, Associate Research Professor, has expertise in a variety of statistical models including multilevel models, logistic regression, confirmatory factor analysis, Cox regression, and profile analysis. She is fluent in SPSS, is gaining fluency in Mplus and SAS, and is familiar with AM for complex sampling, Lisrel, and AMOS. She has served as Co-I or consultant as a quantitative methodologist on numerous funded projects from NIH, CDC, DOE, and OJJDP in the areas of communication, behavioral interventions, and at-risk youth.
